ALSOO.™ is a South African functional iced coffee brand based in Johannesburg, South Africa. You can reach us at hello@alsoo.co.za about anything on this page.

Browse, read, share a link, order some coffee. Please do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the site, or use it to do anything illegal.

We work hard to describe the range accurately. Photography is styled, so the drink in your hand will not be a pixel-perfect match for the picture, and we may improve recipes or packaging over time. The label on the flask is always the authoritative source for ingredients, allergens and nutrition — please read it, especially if you have an allergy.

ALSOO.™ is food, not medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and none of it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, check with your doctor before adding a functional product to your routine.

Orders are placed on this site and paid for through Payfast, who handle the card details — we never see or store them. Every price shown includes VAT, and delivery is a flat R120.00 per order, added at checkout before you pay. Your order is only accepted once we have confirmation of payment from the gateway. If a product turns out to be mispriced or out of stock after you have ordered, we will contact you and either correct it with your agreement or refund you in full.

The ALSOO.™ name, logo, packaging design, photography and site copy belong to us. Please do not use them commercially without asking. Sharing a photo of your flask on social media is not only fine, it is encouraged.

We take responsibility for our products being what we say they are. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by South African law, and any dispute will be dealt with in the South African courts.
